Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • The product must not fall under the non-returnable items category listed below.

Returns requested after the return period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1week.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance, final-sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
